Keshona Isaacksz is a board certified family nurse practitioner and former Medical Director with experience in wound care, foot care, chronic disease management, mobile healthcare, primary care, and care for medically complex patients.

She founded Inherited Health Medical Center to improve access to individualized, compassionate healthcare for patients who face barriers to traditional office-based care.
