Founder and Clinical Director, Inherited Health Medical Center
Keshona Isaacksz is a board-certified family nurse practitioner and Certified Wound Specialist with a background in primary care, chronic disease management, mobile healthcare, and clinical leadership. She founded IHMC to provide more personal, accessible, and coordinated primary care for adults.
Her care style is attentive, educational, practical, and collaborative. She believes patients and families deserve clear explanations, realistic care plans, and a provider who considers the full picture.
