How It Works

The New Patient Process

Contact IHMC

The patient, caregiver, or referral source contacts Inherited Health Medical Center by phone or through the contact form to submit a general service request.

Service Area Confirmation

IHMC reviews the general service request and confirms whether the patient is located within the current mobile service area (Las Vegas, Henderson, or Boulder City, Nevada).

Insurance & Payment Review

The practice reviews insurance eligibility or self-pay arrangements to determine coverage and any applicable patient responsibilities.

Information Collection

Registration forms, consent forms, medical records, and referral information are collected through a secure, approved process.

Clinical Review

IHMC determines whether the requested service is clinically appropriate based on the patient's condition and needs.

Appointment Scheduling

An appointment is scheduled based on eligibility, clinical appropriateness, and provider availability.

Accepted Insurance Plans

Information about accepted insurance plans will be provided upon contact. Please call IHMC at (702) 620-3311 or email [email protected] to discuss your specific insurance coverage.

Appointment Hours

IHMC office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Appointment availability is based on provider scheduling and patient eligibility.

Cancellation Policy
