Our Services
Mobile Lower Extremity Wound Care
Specialized mobile care for eligible wounds involving the legs, ankles, heels, feet, and toes — delivered to your home, assisted living community, or residential care setting in Las Vegas, Henderson, and Boulder City, Nevada.
What We Do
Lower Extremity Wound Care Where You Are
Inherited Health Medical Center provides mobile lower extremity wound care for eligible adults. Our services are focused specifically on wounds affecting the legs, ankles, heels, feet, and toes. We do not provide general wound care for wounds located on other areas of the body.
We evaluate and manage eligible lower extremity wounds in the patient's home, residential community, assisted living setting, or another approved care location — bringing skilled, attentive care directly to patients who may have difficulty traveling to a traditional medical office.
Our approach is individualized and collaborative. We develop personalized treatment plans, provide thorough documentation, and coordinate closely with the patient's existing healthcare team — including physicians, specialists, home health agencies, and care facilities.
Services are provided based on clinical appropriateness, provider availability, the mobile service area, insurance requirements, and medical necessity. IHMC does not guarantee wound healing or any specific medical result.
Services May Include

IHMC does not provide wound care for wounds involving the abdomen, back, arms, chest, head, sacrum, buttocks, or other areas outside the lower extremities. Services depend on clinical appropriateness, provider availability, the mobile service area, insurance requirements, and medical necessity.
